Ulladulla Public School is excited to announce that enrolments are now open for Kindergarten 2024.
You can enrol your child at Ulladulla Public School by simply completing our online enrolment application. Once you have completed the online application you will be contacted by the school with details of the next steps in the enrolment process.
If you are not eligible or prefer not to enrol online, use the application to enrol form (PDF 768.4KB) or contact our administration staff for an enrolment pack.
If your child does not live within our intake area, visit out-of-area-enrolment. Out-of-area enrolment procedures are subject to the department's enrolment policy.
Enrolment is open to children who turn 5 years of age on or before 31 July 2024. By law, all children must be enrolled in school by their sixth birthday.

Will there be Kindergarten 2024 Parent Information Sessions?
We are keen to meet our 2024 parents and to share our amazing school with you all. We will be holding the following Parent Information Session in our school hall:
Monday 5 June 2023 - 5- 6 pm
This session we will provide you with important information on what you need to know before your child starts Kindergarten. You will have the opportunity to ask questions. Our goal is to make sure you have all that you need to make the best start possible for your child. Tea and coffee will be provided.
You can RSVP to our Parent Information Session here.
What are Getting to Know You Interviews?
To get to know you and your child even better, each family will have a scheduled interview to go through the completed enrolment form and discuss your child's transition to school. This is also your opportunity to discuss any medical conditions, custody issues or other special circumstances before your child starts school. We want to know as much information as we can so that we can cater for your child as best we can from the first day they are with us. Interviews will be conducted over three days later this year. Further information will be communicated with families regarding their interview time via email in August.

Will my child have an Orientation?
One of the most exciting things for us is meeting your child. Your child will have the opportunity to visit our school for two orientation sessions in Term 4. These sessions allow our students to become familiar with the school and our routines prior to their first day. Our goal is to ensure the pathway from preschool to Kindergarten is as successful as possible. We also supply you with an orientation pack and resources to help out - you are never in it alone and we are here to support you every step of the way.
Children will be split into two groups for our orientation sessions.

A Day in Kindergarten at Ulladulla Public School
We have created A Day in Kindergarten video that we invite you to share with your child to help familiarise them with our school and routines. The more they know what happens the easier the transition to Kindergarten is!
